Name:  Eugene E. Cho

Age:  37 years old and counting

Birthplace:  Seoul, Korea |   Hometown: San Francisco  |  Current Home: Seattle

Brief Bio: Eugene is the founding & lead pastor of Quest Church and the executive director of Q Cafe.  Born in Korea, he immigrated to the U.S. at age six and grew up in San Francisco.  He trekked out to the East Coast for several years, returned to the HomeLand of the Morning Calm [South Korea] for couple years, and now live in Seattle with his family.  He and his wife, Minhee, have been married for eleven years and have three kids.  In the truest sense, Eugene is lost, wicked, and depraved but redeemed by the grace and beauty of God.  Blessed by revelation and compelled to response as son, brother, child of God, pastor, and advocate for issues of mercy, justice, and compassion.

Currently, much of his heart and passion is invested in beginning a non-profit/non-religious grassroots humanitarian organization with the vision of joining others to fight extreme global poverty.

This Blog:  This is my personal blog. The views, words, posts, thoughts, rants, visions, and ideas represented here are my own, not those of Quest Church, Q Cafe, my family, my ethnic Korean countrypeople, the city of Seattle where I live, the USA of which I am a citizen, or the totality of the Christian faith and community.  As I spew out some vomitaceous thoughts for conversation, connection, amusement, and critical discourse, I seek to grant and receive grace.
